FOR THE CULTURE is about the diaspora. Welcome back.

FOR THE CULTURE focuses on cultural archives around the theme of identity and hybrid lands. This includes family albums, celebrations, cuisines, and fashion.

FOR THE CULTURE aims to connect. Research topics include history of textiles, spice trade, exploitation of fashion industry workers, regional music samples and overlaps, cultural appropriation/appreciation, and reclaiming unbuilt and unbuilt architecture in previously colonized spaces.

This is an ongoing project.
